How to enter PGE Narodowy?

Wisła Kraków fans with a ticket featuring their club's crest may only enter through Gate 10 on Siwca Street. The stadium gates will open to spectators from 10:00 AM. Due to the planned thorough security checks, we encourage you to arrive as early as possible.

Is it possible to change the data on the ticket?

All fans who purchased tickets at POK or on bilety.wislakrakow.com they will not be able to change their data Changes can only be made by fans who purchased their tickets through the official website. What if I'm going to the match by private car?

For safety reasons, White Star fans traveling to the match by car should enter Warsaw from the south of the city, via the S7 expressway. The parking lot dedicated to Wisła Kraków fans at the PGE National Stadium can only be accessed from Sokola Street.

What document do I need to show when entering PGE Narodowy?

When entering the stadium, you must show a document confirming your identity (ID card, passport, driving license, school or student ID)

Does a ticket purchased at the POK box office entitle me to enter the stadium in Warsaw?

No, tickets purchased in-store at a POK (Customer Service Center) or online at bilety.wislakrakow.com do not entitle you to entry to the PGE Narodowy Stadium. To pass through the turnstiles and enter the stadium, please go to the POK and collect your match package, which includes a ticket and match merchandise.
