FAQ before the #JAGWIS match
Dear fans, this Wednesday we return to the PGE Narodowy Stadium after almost a year! You – the White Star fans – will help us fight for another trophy! We've prepared the most important information for you ahead of this match.
How to enter PGE Narodowy?
Wisła Kraków fans holding a ticket with their club's crest may only enter through Gate 10 on Siwca Street. Due to the planned thorough security checks, we encourage you to arrive as early as possible.
Is it possible to change the data on the ticket?
All fans who purchased tickets at POK or on bilety.wislakrakow.com will not be able to change their data.
What to take to the match?
Before leaving home, make sure you have your ticket and colors, along with proof of identity. Don't forget to bring a scarf to proudly represent White Star!
What document do I need to show when entering PGE Narodowy?
When entering the stadium, you must show a document confirming your identity (ID card, passport, driving license, school or student ID).
Does a ticket purchased at the POK box office entitle me to enter the stadium in Warsaw?
No, tickets purchased in-store at a POK or online at bilety.wislakrakow.com do not entitle you to entry to the PGE Narodowy Stadium. To pass through the turnstiles and enter the stadium, you must go to the POK and collect your ticket, or alternatively, a ticket with a scarf. Pick-up is available on Tuesday (April 1) by 9:00 PM at the POK, or on match day at the PGE Narodowy Stadium.
What colors are used at the #JAGWIS match?
The answer is simple! We all see each other in red!
From what time can I enter the stadium?
- At 5:00 p.m., the gates will open for fans sitting in the cheering stands: D3, D4, D5, D6, D7, D8, D9;
- Gates will open to other fans at 7:00 p.m.
IMPORTANT!
- All fans are advised to exercise particular caution when traveling around Warsaw.
- Fans coming to the match should move around the city in groups, avoiding isolated places.
- For safety reasons, we recommend that White Star fans avoid wearing club colours outside the stadium.
- After entering Warsaw, fans should go directly to the PGE Narodowy stadium, where dedicated parking spaces have been prepared.
- All event participants are asked to follow the guidelines of security services, police and organizer's employees.
- The use of pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited both within the mass event area and when moving towards the stadium.
