FAQ before the match against KF Llapi

Dear fans, we have prepared a number of organizational information for you before Thursday's match in the first round of qualifying for the Europa League against KF Llapi.

Is the match against KF Llapi included in the season ticket? No, the Europa League qualifying matches are not included in the season ticket. BUY TICKET

What do I need to bring with me to the match? It's mandatory to bring some form of identification (ID, driver's license, or student ID) upon entering the stadium. Also, bring your club colors and plenty of positive energy to cheer on the White Star.

How to get to the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium? For our fans who have never been to a Wisła Kraków match before – or those who don't remember exactly how to get to the stadium – we've prepared a small guide on how to get to the R22 from every side of Krakow.

What time can I enter the stadium? The stadium gates will open at 6:30 p.m.

Is there a deposit box at the stadium? Yes, the deposit box is located on Reymana Street (at the entrance to the Family Sector - yellow gate).

Can I buy a match ticket on match day? Yes, the POK box office is open from 11:00 a.m. Match day tickets are 5 PLN more expensive both online and at the Fan Service Point.

Is the Official Fanshop open on matchday? Yes, similarly to the POK, the Official Fanshop welcomes you to shop from 11:00.

Will there be catering at the Sectors? DMD Group will operate 83 ticket offices during matches played at R22, which is intended to improve service flow. This is more than twice as many ticket offices as at the final match of the previous season, which, at full capacity (33,000 fans), will allow for an average of less than 400 people per ticket office. Additionally, to reduce queues and reduce the load on traditional ticket offices, additional beverage outlets—so-called "beer islands"—will be created. Smaller ticket offices marked "BEER ONLY" will be created at the largest catering outlets (e.g., on the upper E section) to achieve the same effect as on any ticket office. DMD has also invested in equipment for preparing casseroles, among other things. The changes will also affect the outdoor ticket office located in the parking lot in front of sector C, facing Reymonta Street. There, beer and barbecue sales will be separated, and the ticket office will gain additional ticket offices. We encourage you to arrive at the stadium early before the match against KF Llapi. From 4 p.m., a town with attractions and a food court will be waiting for you.

Check the validity of your Fan Card! If it's not valid, you can extend it at a Customer Service Point.

If you have a ticket/season pass for Stand E, you don't need to go to a specific gate in your section. You can validate your ticket at any turnstile marked SECTOR E. This will streamline entry to the stadium.
