Darijo Grujcic is a new player of Wisła Kraków
Wisła Kraków has finalized another transfer. Darijo Grujcic, 26, a central defender, joins the club on a permanent transfer. The player has signed a contract until June 30, 2027, with the option to extend it for another year.
Darijo Grujcic began his career at Austria Lustenau, progressed through AKA Vorarlberg, and then joined Dornbirn, where he made his Regionalliga debut in 2017. In January 2018, he signed with Austria Lustenau, where he played until mid-2020. In the summer of 2020, he signed with FC Wacker Innsbruck, where he made 40 league appearances until April 2022.
At the start of the 2022/23 season, Grujcic returned to Austria Lustenau, now in the Austrian Bundesliga. He then joined Fortuna Sittard in the Netherlands on July 1, 2024, on a two-year contract. He has made 14 appearances in the Eredivisie so far.
Grujcic has played for the Austrian national teams at U-18, U-19 and U-21 levels. The new Wisła Kraków defender is 188 cm tall and his left foot is his dominant foot.
