Grant from the Ministry for the Academy
In 2024, the Ministry of Sport and Tourism awarded the Wisła Kraków Academy a PLN 1 million grant. This significant support enabled the Academy to further develop young football talent and professionalize its training process, which is crucial for the future of Polish football.
Thanks to the funds awarded, the Wisła Academy was able to expand its training capabilities for children and youth, invest in sports infrastructure, and improve the quality of training sessions. The funding also allowed for the purchase of modern sports equipment and the implementation of training projects for coaching staff, which contributed to improving the standards of work with young players.
Support from the Ministry of Sport and Tourism is part of a national sports support program aimed not only at achieving better athletic performance but also at promoting a healthy lifestyle and physical activity among young people. The PLN 1 million grant provided a significant boost to the Academy, enabling the implementation of projects that create a solid foundation for future generations of footballers.
This funding supports the development of young athletes, giving them the opportunity to achieve success on both the national and international sports scene. It is also another step towards modernizing sports infrastructure in Poland, which is crucial at all stages of athlete development.
Investments in projects like the Wisła Kraków Academy are essential to building the future of Polish football. Thanks to them, young athletes have access to appropriate training facilities and can develop their talents in a professional environment, which will, over time, translate into success for the Polish national team and clubs on international stages.
